The Pentana Solutions guiding principles; Respect, Integrity, Trust, Communication and Honesty (R.I.T.C.H.), was created in 1994 by employees with the idea that everything said, done and achieved would be guided and maintained by the R.I.T.C.H principles. As of October 2021, we announced the newest edition to our values, ‘Enjoyment’! This changed our current R.I.T.C.H. principles to En.R.I.T.C.H. values.
The En.R.I.T.C.H. values (Enjoyment, Respect, Integrity, Trust, Communication, and Honesty) are the fabric of our business and people culture. These values stand at the base of all of our decision making and the way we interact with each other.
The R.I.T.C.H. Foundation
The Pentana Solutions R.I.T.C.H. Foundation was established in 2003 by Pentana Solutions employees. The primary vision of the R.I.T.C.H. Foundation is to support needing and worthy charities through our employees and their network of family and friends.
Why R.I.T.C.H.? In 1994, R.I.T.C.H. (Respect, Integrity, Trust, Communication, and Honesty) were created by employees as our guiding company principles. As such, the R.I.T.C.H. Foundation was born and provides an avenue for our company network to raise needed funds for both local charities and organisations on a global scale. So how do we do this? All through our employees. All funds raised for the nominated charities are raised collectively from the staff within Pentana Solutions, whether the staff member is located in Melbourne or the Netherlands. Further to this, all charities we donate to are nominated and hand-selected by our staff, keeping the initiative that much closer to our hearts.
